First class experience from start to finish

My Mum has just moved to her new apartment in Summer Manor Burley-in-Wharfedale. The service we have received has been first rate from start to finish. Amanda who showed us round and has been our point of contact throughout the process, has been a huge help, with extensive expert knowledge and a real understanding of some of the emotional challenges that such a move can present. The process itself has been effortless, from our initial visit to Summer Manor through to the sale of my Mum’s property and the subsequent completion on her new apartment has taken just four months. The recommended estate agent, solicitor and removal company have been exceptionally good. What is one of the most potentially traumatic experiences (compounded by the fact that my Mum is 82 and has lived in the same house for the past 50 years) has been effortless. In respect of Summer Manor, the first thing to call out is Sue the house manager who has been exceptionally welcoming, and has really helped put my Mum at ease. She’s really gone above and beyond to make the experience a brilliant one. The property itself is beautiful and whilst people frequently state that its an expensive way to live. I’m not sure I’d put a price on the fact that my Mum by her own admission is already happier than she’s been for a while, and most importantly her first two nights have been the best nights sleep she’s had in ages!!!!!
