To discover more about the town's fascinating past, you can follow the Heritage Trail. Simply take a leaflet and choose the length of your walk. You'll be guided among Garstang's many historic buildings and landmarks, discovering interesting facts about each, including the medieval market cross, Greenhalgh Castle and the town's oldest house.

For the golfers among you, Garstang Golf Centre is less than 2 miles from the development site. A fairly modern course, the centre's 18 holes are playable year-round thanks to excellent drainage. One of the North West's most popular 'pay and play' courses, the centre also offers first-class coaching from well-respected golfing professionals.

The development's proximity to the River Wyre is ideal for any fishing enthusiasts. The river is renowned primarily for its game fishing, with wild brown trout, migratory trout and salmon all caught here.
