Springs Court has 31 one and 22 two-bed apartments, a selection of which have their own balcony. All apartments have been designed with you in mind, providing ample living and storage space, along with easy-to-reach switches and ovens, and stylish but functional bathrooms. At the heart of the development is the cosy communal lounge in where homeowners can meet and socialise, and there's also beautiful landscaped garden in which to relax on sunny afternoons.

There's a wild garden area where you can watch the birds and squirrels and for anyone who enjoys gardening we have a potting shed and two large raised planters which our homeowners are welcome to use as they wish.

At Springs Court you can now snap up a 2 bed apartments from £120,000* owning a 50% share and paying rent on the remaining 50%.  Run in conjunction with Homes England, this service could mean you would pay £120,000 for a two bedroom apartment and a monthly rent of £275.

As a Retirement Living PLUS development, at Springs Court, there is an on-site Bistro where you can buy hot meals and snacks daily. 

You can enjoy breakfast between 9.30am and 11.30, examples of a light breakfast choice include 'Yoghurt, Banana, Granola and Honey', 'toast and preserves' a 'bacon sandwich', or you can choose a heartier serving of Scrambled eggs and smoked salmon, or even a traditional English breakfast with the option to choose from a range of items.

The lunch menu caters for a variety of tastes,  dishes include Jacket potato with a selection of fillings, salads, sandwiches, and the main courses such as Lamb Shank, Scampi & Chips or fishcakes.

If you have a sweet tooth, we also have some delicious dessert options too.  Plus as a licensed Bistro you can relax and enjoy a glass of wine or two with friends and neighbours!

Our dedicated team are on site to offer help and support to you if you require it, offering additional domestic assistance, as well as the options for care and support packages.

Included in the service charge, homeowners receive one hour of domestic assistance per week, which means anything from changing the bed sheets, vacuuming, and dusting or a light clean.

Plus, we can offer flexible support packages, designed so you only pay for care if you require it. Additional support can be purchased from a minimum of 15-minute periods to a few hours at a time (dependent on the capacity), so whether it's long term or short term, our team of professionals can tailor assistance to meet your needs. 

The team on-site are headed up by a Registered Estates Manager and there is 24-hour staffing, giving you peace of mind, someone is on site 24 hours a day, the overnight retire to the sleep room where they are on hand to support with any emergencies that may arise throughout the night.

For your reassurance, there is a 24-hour emergency call system, and, for security and peace of mind, the development has a camera entry system.

What’s more, you needn’t worry what floor your apartment is on, as there is an easily accessible lift to all floors.

With Cottingham centre just 0.3 miles away, you’ll have all you could need right on your doorstep, including several small supermarkets, a wide variety of shops, eateries and pubs, several banks, a post office and a medical centre, among much more. The village also hosts a weekly outdoor market. And, if you’re wanting to travel a little further afield, there is onsite car parking and a scooter room, as well as a bus stop very close by and Cottingham train station less than a mile away.
