I recently move to Roman Court on a shared partnership scheme with part exchange. I was overwhelmed with the speed of the exchange. It only took two weeks and the sales team Gary Saunders and Julie Carter were excellent with their service and support and the offer of free removals ,solicitors fees ,estate agent fees on the move for free scheme was fantastic I use to live in a three bedroom house and I found it hard to keep up being on my own so I was over the moon with the deal. The layout of the apartment is fantastic and the ambience of surrounding area such as building, gardens etc are absolutely brilliant. I would also like to say that the house manager Joanne Birch was superb with her support and help with advice and cooperation on moving in I would have been lost without her help. I am now settling in nicely well done McCarthy Stone

I’m quite sure she exceeds her “job description” on many occasions. I would like to publicly acknowledge all the support and assistance she has given me, which was invaluable during my early “teething problems” after moving into my apartment. She is always very helpful and supportive whenever needed to ensure any issues are resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible. Joanne is very friendly and approachable – and is a real asset to this development.

As a resident of a McCarthy and Stone development we value the opportunity to stay in the Guest Suite of other developments around the country. We recently visited Roman Court in Cheshire, our second visit since the development was completed in a town we lived in for nearly 8 years. Use of the guest suite in other developments is a real benefit, a home from home giving you a familiar experience wherever you go. We are especially grateful for the warm welcome we were given by the homeowners and the all the help we received from the House Manager Joanne who has made our visits so enjoyable.
