Living in Benllech

Benllech is a much-loved holiday destination, famous for its award-winning stunning beach. Its golden sand beach has won the European Blue Flag since 2004 and has a gorgeous view across the Great Orme and Penmon Point. There are also two nature walks, the Anglesey Coastal Path and the Wales Coast Path, that wind through the town and are a nice option for the more adventurous.

Regularly serviced by buses and trains, it's easy to travel to Benllech's neighbouring towns such as Llangefni, Beaumaris, Bangor and Amlwch. The main Anglesey line crosses the Menai Strait and continues along the west coast of the island, before terminating at Holyhead which is the largest town in Anglesey, where ferries run across to Dublin.
