What's in a name?
McCarthy & Stone are proud to work with local communities and to give consideration to the history of a location before deciding on a name for our developments. Landmark Place in Denham Green has been named as such due to its prominent location within the village. There is also a lot of history involving Denham Film Studios with the classic ‘Goodbye Mr Chips’ starring Greer Garson being produced here. This is reflected in the names of the apartments.
