Greater living for later life

My mum had to move into more suitable accommodation for her needs quite quickly after a hip operation and all the staff from Elderton Place made her move very positive and easy. Fatima, Suzanne and their team are never too tired or busy to listen to your problems. The living space is well equipped and low maintenance and the whole building feels warm and welcoming. I would thoroughly recommend this way of living in later life.

I moved into an apartment at Elderton Place, Whitley Bay in October. Managers Fatima and Suzanne have always been approachable, friendly and helpful. I am grateful that both are willing to go out of their way to support with any issue. Excellent 5* service.

We recently moved into Elderton Place, Whitley Bay and we have been delighted with all the help we have received during the whole process. Starting with the sales team of Victoria, Julia and, especially, Lauren the help and support we received prior to moving in was faultless and this quality and friendliness of support has continued with Fatima and Suzanne and has made this big move for us so much easier. We should also mention the super meals prepared by our excellent chefs, Lee and Gordon.All in all a first rate, friendly team
