Home to nearly 13,000 residents, Devizes is a bustling and popular medieval market town. The Kennett and Avon Canal runs through the town and the famous Caen Hill Locks are situated 2.5 miles away, comprising a series of 29 locks over a 2-mile stretch of water.
Devizes features a variety of local and national shops including a large Sainsbury’s that’s just under a mile from the new development.
