Warminster Bowls Club bowled over by £500 donation from Crescent Place.
A bowls club in Warminster has received a £500 boost from a retirement housebuilder towards the projects to improve its facilities. The team behind Crescent Place on Portway, donated the money to Warminster Bowls Club, highlighting the company’s commitment to create a positive legacy in the community.
The bowls club has a 125-year history with the local community, having been formed in the 19th century and today, it remains a prominent feature of the community, providing teams from all divisions.
The club will put the £500 towards the day to day running of the Bowls Club, while also giving the club a fresh look.
