House Manager Commendation

We moved in to Clothier Manor (Gosforth) about 6 weeks ago. The apartment is just what we were looking for. Louise, Teresa and Victoria were very helpful in guiding us through the purchase process and smoothing out obstacles. Tasmin is very efficient House Manager and has quickly resolved any issues. They are all very pleasant and friendly and we hope to be living here for a long time.

I have been resident for 4 months at Clothier Manor and she has been instrumental in helping me to settle in. She is a good listener and never stints in giving her time to assist with issues or problems, however small or seemingly insignificant. Well done Tasmin.
