Buying a percentage share of the property allows you to manage your finances to cater for possible future needs.

Hobbs House Bakery on the High Street has been run by the Herberts Family since 1920 and now has a cookery school and café. Hatherell’s Yard Market is held every Saturday to support local traders and sells fine cheese, cakes, gifts and more and there’s also the twice monthly Chipping Sodbury Farmers Market. You’ll find a good range of independent gastro pubs, cafes and restaurants, including an Indian and an Italian, in the town. They also love a festival in Chipping Sodbury, with beer festivals, sausage and cider festivals and the week-long Chipping Sodbury festival in June which offers everything from guided walks to cookery demonstrations and comedy nights.
