The McCarthy & Stone Aldridge Retirement Living development is located right in the heart of the town, overlooking a beautiful green park. Exclusively for those over 60, homeowners will be a part of a close-knit community with just 18 one bedroom apartments and 17 two bedroom apartments available on the property.
All apartments are fully fitted with modern kitchens, including an oven, hob, and hood, double-glazed windows for energy efficiency and walk-in wardrobes with selected apartments. The development is extremely secure with intruder alarms, a camera entry system and fire detection equipment in all homes. There is also a 24-hour call system and on-site house manager. You’ll have access to everything in the complex, including the homeowners’ lounge and guest suite for overnight visitors, the landscaped gardens and an on-site car park for permit holders.
Not only is the development located right by the town centre, but it also has bus stops going both directions on your doorstep, where you can get a direct service to the neighbouring towns of Druids Heath and Litchfield. Aldridge High Street is less than 300m away where you’ll find a Morrison’s supermarket, small shops and local amenities.
