Offer Terms and Conditions
To both receive the £2,500 referral fee, you must refer someone to McCarthy Stone:
- Who is not already on the MCS database at the time of your referral;
- Who has not already been recommended to McCarthy Stone by someone else at the time of your referral; and
- Who goes on to legally complete a purchase of a McCarthy Stone property within 90 days of your referral.
To receive the £1,000 rental referral fee, you must refer someone to McCarthy Stone:
- Who is not on the McCarthy Stone database at the time of your referral;
- Who has not been recommended by someone else at the time of your referral; and
- Who goes on to sign a 12-month tenancy agreement with McCarthy Stone within 90 days of your referral.
- McCarthy Stone reserve the right to claim back some or all of the referral fee if fraud is suspected or, in the case of rental referrals, if the person who has been referred fails to rent the property for a minimum term of 12 months.
- The referral fee will be paid by bank transfer and will be issued to you within 28 days of the related transaction completing.
- By providing us with your contact details you agree that we will use your personal data to administer your referral and by sharing a third party’s details with McCarthy Stone, you confirm that the third party has consented to you doing so.
