McCarthy & Stone's Carl Lamb win a NHBC Pride in the job award

At McCarthy & Stone we are proud of our developments and the high-quality build that our customers have come to expect from us.

With this announce we’re delighted with the passion shown by Carl Lamb, Site Manager at North Bay Court in Scarborough and Keith Juiler, Site Manager at Peel Court, Welwyn Garden City who have been named winners of the first round of the annual Pride in the Job Awards for outstanding site managers.

The Pride in the Job quality awards are run as part of the National House-building Council (NHBC) campaign to reward the best site managers in the UK, and are only awarded after a year of strict judging, including spot checks on the day-to day running of the sites and each candidate being assessed across 38 areas of site management.

We could not be happier that their commitment and dedication has been recognised in this way. We wish both Carl and Keith the best of luck as they both now go forward to the regional competitions this autumn, where they could both be in line to win a Seal of Excellence or regional award.
