Planning permission has been granted for a new Later Living development in Wickham. McCarthy & Stone has been given the go-ahead to build an attractive collection of 31 apartments exclusively for those aged 60 and above.
The one and two bedroom privately owned retirement properties will be ideally situated on Winchester Road, in the pretty village of Wickham. The development is conveniently located near a range of shops and local amenities.
