Retirement properties given the go ahead in Stroud

Planning permission has been granted for a new development of retirement apartments in Stroud. McCarthy & Stone has been given the go-ahead to build an attractive collection of 32 Retirement Living apartments exclusively for those aged 60 and above.

The one and two bedroom privately owned retirement properties will be ideally situated on Caincross Road in Stroud, which will benefit from being located near the town’s main shopping area and train station. Nearby amenities include an award winning farmer’s market and supermarkets are conveniently situated just a short walk from the development.
