Planning permission has been granted for a new development of retirement apartments in Staple Hill. McCarthy & Stone has been given the go-ahead to build an attractive collection of 43 Retirement Living apartments exclusively for those aged 60 and above.

The one and two bedroom privately owned retirement properties will be ideally situated on Broad Street in Staple Hill, which will benefit from being located near to local amenities such as supermarkets and high street stores.
