Retirement properties given the go ahead in Moreton-In-Marsh

McCarthy & Stone has been given the go-ahead to build an attractive collection of Retirement Living apartments exclusively for those aged 60 and above in the beautiful Cotswold town of Moreton-In-Marsh.
The 34 one and two bedroom privately owned retirement properties will be located on Hospital Road. The development will be ideally situated being just half a mile from the high street which includes a wide range of local amenities such as a Post Office, doctor’s surgery and public library.
Construction on site is due to start in May 2014, with apartments being released for sale in November 2014. The sales complex is due to open Spring 2015, with first occupations due in May 2015.
