Purbrook Junior School Kitted Out For The Season Ahead Thanks To Local Housebuilders

The UK’s leading developer and manager of retirement communities, McCarthy and Stone, which is currently building a  Retirement Living development on London Road in Purbrook, has donated £500 to Purbrook Junior School to help pay for new sports kits.

The running club and football team play a significant role in school life, enabling the children at Purbrook Junior School to be part of a team and develop their skills. The £500 donation from McCarthy and Stone has gone towards new kits, helping the teams to build on their successes and keeping spirits high for the season ahead.

We want to encourage as many children as possible to get involved in different sports and to reap the many physical and social benefits of physical education. The children are very excited to wear their new kits and we all looking forward to the season ahead!”
