  4. The 2 nights must be consecutive and at the same development. 
  5. The offer is open to UK residents aged 60 (or 70 for Retirement Living PLUS - previously Assisted Living developments) or over, excluding employees of McCarthy & Stone and their immediate family. 
  6. A tour of the development with the sales consultant must be taken during the stay. 
  7. The offer may only be used once.
