It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas at Ocean House

09 November 2017

Christmas is coming early to McCarthy and Stone’s Ocean House Lifestyle Living development in Carlyon Bay; where homeowners and staff will be hosting a festive celebration for members of the local community on Tuesday 21st November.

Between 12pm- 3pm, all are welcome to attend the free event at the Sea Road development, where they can browse a unique range of gifts and get ahead with their Christmas shopping. There will also be a wreath-making craft demonstration from a local florist, providing inspiration for all those preparing to deck the halls of their own homes. Mince pies and mulled wine will be served to help everyone get into the festive spirit, and guests will have the chance to win a luxury hamper.

Nicki Hill, Regional Sales and Marketing Director at McCarthy and Stone South West, said: “We hope the local community will take the opportunity to get their Christmas celebrations under way a little early this year and join us for our upcoming event, with all proceeds raised being donated to Royal Voluntary Service.

“Not only will visitors be able to find out more about McCarthy and Stone and the benefits of Retirement Living, they will be able to see for themselves the thriving new community that has formed at Ocean House – it promises to be a fantastic event.  What’s more, McCarthy & Stone’s South West team is spreading the festive cheer, with all guests who visit Ocean House and take a tour of the show apartment for the first time before 31st December 2017 set to receive a £20 Marks & Spencer voucher through the post.”

Ocean House comprises an attractive selection of 37 two bedroom apartments, exclusively designed for people aged 55 and over.  Each individual two-bedroom apartment includes a fitted kitchen and a large south facing balcony with stunning sea or garden views.
