Henshaw Court to sparkle at a preview event
23 July 2013
McCarthy & Stone, the UK’s leading developer of retirement apartments, is inviting over 60s and their families in Castle Bromwich to the sparkling preview of their new development, Henshaw Court, later this month.
The event, which runs from Friday 26th to Saturday 27th July, will be the first opportunity for anyone interested in finding out more about Later Living to see for themselves how an apartment at Henshaw Court could help them achieve a greater life in later life.
Visitors can pop into the development on Chester Road anytime between 11am to 4pm throughout the two day event. After taking a good look around the fully furnished show complex and communal facilities, guests can relax in the shared lounge with a complementary glass of bubbly.
Gill Sabin, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for McCarthy & Stone, explained: “Everything we do is built around a belief that later life can be rich, rewarding and fulfilling, which is why we’re excited to finally be opening the doors to Henshaw Court. We’re keen to show off the many benefits that Later Living has to offer and we’re inviting people to visit, take a look around and see for themselves.”
McCarthy & Stone is currently selling Later Living apartments exclusively for the over 60s at Henshaw Court and the development has already seen great sales success with over 25% of the properties now reserved. Prices start from £129,950 for a one bedroom apartment and £178,950 for a two bedroom apartment.
Later Living developments offer the independence of retaining home ownership while living in an apartment specifically designed for later life. Facilities include a shared lounge, guest suite, laundry room and a lift. A dedicated house manager ensures the smooth running of the development and a security entrance system plus 24-hour emergency call points provide peace of mind for both homeowners and their families. All properties are low maintenance and energy efficient.
In addition to offering age exclusive apartments, the retirement developer also provides a range of financial services, including a pension annuity service, equity release, legal services and guaranteed funeral plans.
Anyone wanting to find out more about Later Living in Henshaw Court, is invited to attend the sparkling opening on the 26th and 27th July or contact McCarthy & Stone on 0800 201 4741.
