Retirees are invited to register their interest now and be among the first to receive information about the new apartments once they are released for sale.

The drawing illustrates how the site, located on Jevington Gardens, will look when it is completed in August 2013. Construction is underway and when finished will offer 64 one and two bedroom  Later Living apartments exclusively for the over 60s.

Sharon Callcut, regional marketing manager at McCarthy & Stone, comments: “Everything we do is built around a belief that later life can be rich, rewarding and fulfilling. Our new development in Eastbourne is designed to do just that and we hope releasing this image will help start bringing it to life for people living locally.”
