How many developments?!

This Thursday marks an important milestone in our history as we celebrate the launch of our 1000th retirement development.

Our joint development at Burgess Hill in Sussex will be our 1,000th since we opened our very first scheme in New Milton way back in 1977.

The site in Burgess Hill is a dual-purpose development, meaning that both our Later Living and Assisted Living types of accommodation are available in the one location. Clayton Court comprises of 46 Later Living properties while Corbett Court offers 56 Assisted Living apartments. In addition, 22 apartments are provided as affordable housing in a separate wing and managed by the national housing association Affinity Sutton.

We are looking forward to welcoming veteran broadcaster Nicholas Parsons OBE, the presenter of BBC R4’s Just a Minute, as our guest of honour to officially open the development. Along with our new homeowners and a number of local dignitaries, including the Mayor of Mid Sussex District Council, we will be celebrating this milestone with everyone who helped us reach this fantastic achievement.

To mark the occasion, we will also be running a national sales incentive between 20 June and 20 July 2013 across all selling developments nationwide. The new incentive, which is available in addition to any existing incentives that may be available, offers a £1,000 discount on the purchase price of a new apartment for new reservations made during this period by 20th July without a predefined completion date. For more details contact your local development’s sales office and talk to a member of staff, who will be happy to talk you through the offer.
