Did your invitation to the Royal Wedding get lost in the post?

Our's did too; but don't worry - we here at McCarthy and Stone have listed our favourite recipes that will ensure a day with minimum cooking time and maximum enjoyment.

With the weather forecast promising clear skies for the royal wedding all day long, there seems like there won't be much to dampen the festivities. Whether you're celebrating with friends, family or from the comfort of your front room; we've compiled a list of easy recipes to ensure there are smiles all round for the wedding of the year! 

1. Grilled Avocado, Tomato and Mozzarella Salad



A summer salad is always a go-to people-pleaser for any indoor or outdoor gathering. Especially this Grilled Avocado, Tomato and Mozzarella salad from Good Housekeeping. 2. Provencal Stuffed Tomatoes

We hope that you, your family and friends enjoy the long-anticipated Royal wedding nuptials as much as we will! Tomorrow, Saturday, May 19, 2018, Dermot O'Leary and Kirsty Young will then lead live coverage from 9am to 2pm on the BBC. On ITV, Phillip Schofield and Julie Etchingham will be covering the big day from 9.25am until 3pm. Sky have also stated that their coverage will be from the castle grounds and will be starting at Kay Burley and Anna Botting from 9am until 3pm.
