• The gift card promotional offer is available to new visitors taking a guided tour of the specified/participating development show complex with the sales consultant before the specified offer end date as stated on the promotional leaflet, email, or advert.
• Please note some developments are excluded from this offer. Please enquire with the development Sales Consultant to check if the development you wish to visit is participating in this offer.
• This promotional offer must be mentioned to the on-site sales team upon arrival at the development to receive the offer.
• Restricted to a maximum of one gift card per visiting group or household and for your first visit to one development only.  You are not entitled to receive multiple gift cards irrespective of how many participating developments you visit.
• Only available when taking a full tour of a participating development.
• Offer is not redeemable for virtual visits.
• Offer is not available to existing visitors of any McCarthy Stone development or existing McCarthy Stone homeowners.
• Offer is not available in conjunction with any other promotional offer, including events unless otherwise specified.
• McCarthy Stone reserve all rights to withdraw this promotion at any time and without notice.
• Gift card to be supplied to the visitor via post to the registered address provided, within 28 business days of the visit date.
• McCarthy Stone reserve the right to substitute gift cards of lesser, equal or of greater value.
• Resales developments excluded.
