All staff will have a regular appraisal with their line manager. Here, you’ll discuss your skills and the areas you want to develop greater expertise. You’ll be given a personal development plan that might include a mixture of internal or external training days tailored specifically to you. We also provide our people with the opportunity to enjoy coaching and mentoring if it is appropriate.

We specifically focus on giving our people leadership and management skills. Our leadership development programme provides training in effective leadership, communications skills and finance.
