The North East Region has vacancies for Assistant Site Manager’s at Morpeth, Settle, Ilkley and Brighouse.
About the role:
The Assistant Site Manager is required to assist the Site Manager in ensuring that the construction of the development proceeds efficiently, in accordance with the programme and within the budgeted costs. Key to this role is Health and Safety and, as the successful candidate, you will be required to have a strong knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety legislation and the requirements that this has for construction sites throughout all stages of the programme. Responsibilities will further include supervising all sub-contract labour as may be necessary and to co-ordinate the activities of all the trades and disciplines involved on site so that all operations are performed efficiently and in accordance with the construction programme, quality and cost standards required by the Company.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, able to work in a team and have a proven track record in the Building Industry.
