The Southern Region has a vacancy for Customer Services Administrator to cover a Maternity Cover for 12 months on a Fixed Term Contract, based in Ringwood.

About the role

Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, you will be a confident, self-motivated individual who is customer focused.  The successful candidate will possess good typing skills and the ability to use the department’s database.  Computer literacy is therefore essential, as is an excellent telephone manner and the ability to work on your own initiative, often under pressure.  Ensuring the smooth running of the department, duties will include, maintaining the database, liaising with sub-contractors, suppliers and residents, updating reports, filing, photocopying and ad hoc duties such as processing the post. 

About you

Proven customer service experience is essential, ideally gained in a similar role. Professional in your approach, you will be customer service focused whilst empathetic and patient. It would be desirable to have industry experience.
