The North East Region has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Services Manager.

About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for continually improving quality in buildings finish and for effectively managing maintenance costs to meet regional targets. As Customer Services Manager you will conduct quality audits on developments under construction, with particular attention to apartment finishes.  You will be required to identify and manage cost effective repairs and defects within a fixed budget, working closely with appointed sub contractors.  You will also undertake research and analysis to produce an effective Department Operating Plan. 

About you
Our ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and management skills. You will be educated to HNC level or hold a suitable technical qualification in a buildings finish related trade.  Considerable travelling is required throughout the Region.
