An opportunity has arisen to join the Southern Region as a Buildings Manager reporting to the Customer Service Manager with line management responsibilities for the Buildings Supervisors.

About the role

The ideal candidate will have relevant management and building trade experience and will be required to carry out the organisation of remedial work with our Buildings Supervisors and sub-contractors in the developments and to deputise and assist the Customer Service Manager as required. They will also be required to carry out apartment inspections on new plots and stock units.

About you

The successful candidate will be highly motivated, have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and have a proven track record in the Building Industry preferably from a trade background. Good IT skills are essential.

The role will require considerable travelling throughout the Southern Region.
