Pay – £10.14-£10.50 per hour

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Duty Supervisor to join this development in Ickenham. Lysander House is a stunning and luxurious development with 55     apartments, which is a blend of both one and two bedroom apartments.

Situated in the leafy suburbs of Middlesex as well as being part of the London Borough of Hillingdon, Ickenham is an ideal location for both accessibility and green spaces. With both a train and a tube station in the area, Central London is easy to get to. There are also good bus links and the M40 and M25 nearby. The River Pinn is a short journey away, and further afield is the Colne Valley Regional Park. In terms of local amenities, there are plenty of shops just outside the development including banks, pharmacies and plenty of places to eat out. About the role:

The Duty Supervisor position supports the Registered Estate Manager to ensure that the development runs efficiently & operationally to support our Homeowners. With a key focus on delivering exceptional customer service Duty Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Care & Support teams; promoting consistency and cover where needed.

This is a shift based role that will require you to predominately work afternoon and evening shifts; with occasional day shifts to provide cover for the Estates Manager. Your night shifts will predominantly be a ‘sleep in’ role, however you will be required to respond to emergency calls from our Homeowners where needed.

What do you need?

We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team, focused on our homeowner’s well-being and supporting other members of the team whilst delivering an exceptional service at all times.

  • Experience of working within a care and/or support role
  • A Diploma Level 2 in Health & Social Care (Adults) and be willing to work towards a Level 3
