We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join this development in Ickenham. Lysander House is a stunning and luxurious development with 55 apartments, which is a blend of both one and two bedroom apartments.

Situated in the leafy suburbs of Middlesex as well as being part of the London Borough of Hillingdon, Ickenham is an ideal location for both accessibility and green spaces. With both a train and a tube station in the area, Central London is easy to get to. There are also good bus links and the M40 and M25 nearby.

The River Pinn is a short journey away, and further afield is the Colne Valley Regional Park. In terms of local amenities, there are plenty of shops just outside the development including banks, pharmacies and plenty of places to eat out. There is also a nearby Post Office as well as a dental practice and a doctors' surgery.

About the role:

As an Administrator you will undertake administrative duties to support the efficient operation and Estates Management team of the Assisted Living Development team.

Within this position you will be responsible for a range of tasks:

  • Liaising with the Home Owners
  • Taking lunch bookings and taking orders for personal care Housekeeping duties
  • Welcoming visitors to the development
  • Producing letters and other correspondence to residents

We are looking for a special kind of person for this role. A dynamic individual who is passionate about building a community and enhancing the lives of our home owners, and who also has a proactive, positive and enthusiastic approach to their work.

What do you need?

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team, focusing on our homeowner’s well-being whilst delivering an exceptional service at all times.

You will need to be flexible to support on a range of shift times from early mornings to late evening to support your wider team.

  • Experience of working in an administrative role
  • Knowledge of working with Microsoft Office software and good general education including GCSE’s
  • Appointments are subject to a satisfactory certificate from the DBS.
