About the role

The way we sell our properties is changing!  As our Sales & Marketing Transformation project moves into its next phase we have an exciting opportunity for a talented Sales Consultant looking to join an innovative organisation and progress their career with us.

As a Sales Consultant you will be focusing on securing reservations during the core phases of our developments, in line with our strategic goals, and providing a seamless, high quality sales support services for all customers during the lifecycle of their purchase, from reservation through to completion, including sales progression, site visits and customer choices to promote the very best customer satisfaction levels at all times.

About you

You will be an experienced and highly motivated Sales Consultant whose expertise will ideally have been gained within a similar industry. You will be able to demonstrate initiative and consistency in the achievement of your sales targets, whilst maintaining a professional and empathetic approach. 

Excellent interpersonal skills, tact and the ability to handle and manage complex conversations are essential.
