These are skilled tradespeople – such as qualified electricians and joiners – who tackle any problems flagged up by our homeowners, House Managers and Registered Estates Managers. If necessary they might need to employ the services of sub-contractors to help get the job done.
New builds inevitably encounter minor snagging issues – but we find that as long as these are dealt with swiftly and effectively, by people our customers know they can trust, this doesn’t spoil their enjoyment of their new home.
