We regularly win awards for the excellence of our work. That’s because we have great people working for us who really care about the quality of what they do. To attract great people we have great benefits. Every role is different and we offer a range of tailored benefits to reflect this.
But first, we’d like to give you a feel of the kind of organisation we are and examples of the benefits you could enjoy if you worked for us.
If you work for us you’ll typically benefit from at least 24 days of annual leave, plus Bank Holidays. The amount of holiday you are entitled to will increase the longer you work for us. Part-time staff enjoy pro-rata holiday benefits.
Shortly after you join, you’ll be entitled to participate in a one of our Self Invested Personal Pension (often known as a SIPP – it’s a form of group personal pension). This is run by Hargreaves Lansdown. You can choose to contribute either to the default fund or you can tailor your pension investments to suit your personal circumstances.
Everyone who works for us is covered by our Life Assurance scheme. The level of cover will vary depending on your role and whether you are a member of our pension scheme.
Employee assistance and medical helpline
Everyone who works for us, and their families too, can call the helpline to get information and advice about health and other issues.
Everyone who works for us has access to free health screening. This is tailored to the needs of your role and how long you’ve been working for us.
Eye care voucher scheme
Everyone who works for us and regularly uses a computer screen as part of their work is entitled to a free eye test on a regular basis.
Long service awards
If you work for us you can look forward to a special award for your hard work after ten, 20 and 30 years of service. We’ll also give you paid holiday to say thank you.
