YourLife Management Services have a fantastic opportunity available for a Registered Estate Manager to join our team at Daisy Hill Court,Eaton.

Daisy Hill Court is in the attractive village of Eaton at the edge of Norwich, and has excellent access to the city centre. The development will comprise of 58 one and two bedroom Retirement Living PLUS apartments, providing modern convenience in the heart of a village with all the amenities you require.

Designed specifically for the over 70s, the development includes a beautiful landscaped garden, perfect for sitting in with friends and family on a summer’s afternoon. For visitors who want to stay overnight, there is a guest suite available, making longer visits easy. There is also car parking, giving the option of easy travel to nearby places including Norwich and the pretty villages of Cringle ford and Keswick, or further afield to the coastal beauty of Great Yarmouth. All the conveniences of Eaton village are on your doorstop, including the local supermarket, several retailers and coffee shop. Additionally, the village centre is less than a mile away.

Our Estate Managers work together with our parent companies McCarthy & Stone and Somerset Care to fulfil our vision to enhance the lives of a retirement community.

Reporting into your Regional Area Manager you will have full accountability for the day to day operational running of Daisy Hill Court ensuring that all domestic & care needs are meet.

  • Experienced in leading, inspiring and developing a team?

  • Proactive in your approach to self-development, ensuring you are able to support the business as we change & grow?

  • Able to take a flexible approach to your role with a willingness to travel to other developments to learn/share best practice?




What do you need?

  • You will need to become registered with the Care Quality Commission to be able to promote high quality management of domiciliary care where required.

  • QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care (Adults) or equivalent

  • IT competent in Microsoft Outlook

  • If successful you will need to complete a DBS check (funded by us)
