A friendly and professional team

The care and support team you’ll find at our new Assisted Living developments are friendly, reliable and totally committed to helping you enjoy a greater life in later life. There are on average 17 members of the team working at each Assisted Living development. Every member of our team receives a comprehensive training programme when they start. We also make sure they get on-going support and development to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to support you in your new home.

People you can trust

All our care and support people are carefully vetted. This means that Police and CRB checks have been carried out and that we have obtained satisfactory references prior to them starting work at one of our developments. All our Estates Managers are individually registered with the Care Quality Commission.
