Service Charge Paid Terms and Conditions

• McCarthy Stone are offering to pay up to 50% of annual service charge payable on selected apartments for a maximum of 5 years or until a change in ownership, whichever is the earlier, as stated on the promotional leaflet, email, or advert.
• Only available on selected apartments for the first 10 reservations only.
• Offer valid until 10 new apartments are reserved.
• The amount of annual service charge applicable as part of this offer shall be deducted from the purchase price and shall be payable on completion.
• McCarthy Stone shall pay for the standard service charge offering only.
• Offer does not apply to additional and optional care packages offered at Retirement Living PLUS properties.
• Offer is not available in conjunction with any other promotion except McCarthy Stone’s Smooth Move offer.
• The offer is not available on resale properties.
• This offer excludes rentals.
• This offer is non-transferable and can be withdrawn at any time by McCarthy Stone.
• There is no cash alternative for this offer.
