Marketing Executive - York

Reporting to the Marketing Manager you will plan, agree and execute marketing plans in order to achieve all targets within an agreed budget set for each site.
Responsibilities will include site signage, preparation of marketing literature, direct mail, market research, report writing and PR, including events, exhibitions and presentations. You will be responsible for executing a large number of projects and the ability to influence others and bring these projects in on time is important. Attention to detail and the ability to forward plan are essential. Creativity, practicality and computer literacy are necessary and experience in a marketing capacity or agency environment is required. A professional marketing qualification is preferred. Although this position is predominately office based, you will be required to visit construction and sales sites on a regular basis.
