With Tailored Care Living, flexible care and support is available to meet the differing and changing individual needs of residents. Importantly, this care and support is available 24 hours a day from our own on-site care team – YourLife Management Services, a partnership between McCarthy & Stone and Somerset Care Group, one of the UK’s largest and experienced not for profit care companies.

Each week one hour of care and support is automatically provided to each apartment as part of the service charge but extra time for domestic assistance or personal care can be arranged as appropriate. Tailored Care Living provides all the benefits of living in a supported environment but with no loss of independence or, importantly, status as a home owner. With Tailored Care Living, residents own their apartment and therefore their capital remains invested. As a home owner residents are also free to furnish their apartment and decorate to suit their own personal taste, thereby helping to promote a further sense of independence and well-being.
