Safe and secure living The safety and security of residents is of utmost importance. The ongoing regular assessments and flexible care and support packages in place help ensure that the environment is as safe as possible for every resident. Our staff are on duty 24 hours a day and in an emergency, pendant alarms or call points located throughout the building, can be used to summon assistance. There’s also an intruder and smoke alarm in all apartments and a camera entry system at the main entrance to monitor visitors on the residents TV prior to letting them in. The lifestyle is specifically for the older person and there is a minimum age restriction of 70 years. Whilst Tailored Care Living provides a wide range of care and support it is not suitable for people who require residential nursing care. We understand that to provide excellent customer service we need outstanding people. We ensure our staff have the skills to do a first rate job and invest in training as required as well as encouraging and supporting skills and career development. All staff undergo a CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) check before they commence work at the development. A reception area at the main entrance enhances the sense of security whilst also providing a focal point to arrange many of the care and support services. Other services offered in the Well-being Suite can be booked direct with the service provider. |
