New retirement apartments planned for sale in Yate, Bristol.

J. K. Rowling, author of the Harry Potter series of books, was born in nearby Chipping Sodbury and moved later to the village of Winterbourne.

The Yate development is currently subject to planning permission, but it is our hope to construct independent living retirement flats for the over 60's.
