The retirement apartments will be managed by a house manager who will oversee the running of the building including maintenance of the grounds and building. Key retirement living related features of the development will include a communal residents' lounge, a guest suite, laundry room and a lift that will provide access to all floors.

The perfect environment for those in retirement, homes in this retirement development will each contain a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom with the all two bedroom apartments having a bath and separate shower cubicle and cloakroom. All one bedroom apartments are anticipated to have the option of a bath or shower.
