New Assisted Living retirement apartments are planned for sale in Wallington, Surrey.

A variety of bus services are available to and from the surrounding areas of Carshalton; Cheam; Worcester Park; Waddon and Coulsdon.

Since 2007 Wallington has enjoyed something of a mini shopping boom with new retailers being attracted to the town, adding to the variety of High Street shops already located in the town centre.

Situated on Shotfield Road, the Wallington retirement apartments will enjoy a convenient position close to bus stops and not far from the town centre and the location of the Farmers’ Market which is held on the second Saturday of each month. It is our intention to construct independent Assisted Living retirement flats for the over 60’s on the site, and we are currently awaiting planning permission to do so.
