New retirement apartments planned for sale in Truro, Cornwall.

Situated in Tregolls Road, these retirement homes will be conveniently close to the centre of Truro where there is a wide variety of shops including Tesco’s, Debenhams and Marks and Spencer’s.  Much of the city centre is pedestrianised, and there is a large indoor market on Lemon Quay where Farmers’ Markets take place every Wednesday and Saturday, as well as Lemon Street Market which offers an array of independent shops and restaurants.  It is a lively city, with plenty of activities to enjoy throughout the year, including the annual city carnival in September, and the City of Lights Parade at Christmas.

Truro provides good transport links to and from the surrounding suburbs and towns such as Kenwyn; St Clement; Coombe; St Erme and St Allen, as well as National Express routes across Cornwall to Camborne and Redruth; Penryn and Falmouth, and beyond.

The Truro development is currently subject to planning permission, but it is our hope to construct independent living one and two bedroom retirement flats for the over 60’s.

The retirement apartments will be managed by a house manager who will oversee the running of the building including maintenance of the grounds and building.  Key retirement living related features of the development will include a communal residents’ lounge, a guest suite, laundry room, and a lift lobby providing access to all floors.
