Construction of this development of retirement apartments is currently underway and is scheduled to take first occupations in July 2010.

River's Edge Court, named due to its close proximity to the River Okement, is a development of 58 one and two bedroom retirement flats situated in the heart of Okehampton, close to the town's amenities including Waitrose and Lidl supermarkets.

River's Edge Court will be managed by a house manager who will oversee the running of the development including maintenance of the grounds and building.  Key retirement living related features of the development will include a communal residents' lounge, a guest suite, laundry room and two lifts that will provide access to all floors.
