The retirement homes will be situated adjacent to the local supermarket and opposite a bus stop offering services into St Ives and beyond.  The closest train station can be found in Carbis Bay with services connecting south to St Erth; Paul's Green; Trescowe and Helston; east to Hayle; Camborne and Redruth and north west to Amalebra; Morvah and Penzance.

The retirement apartments will be managed by a house manager who will oversee the running of the building including maintenance of the grounds and building.
