An Estates Manager oversees the running of the retirement development, and staff would be on site 24hours a day. Key assisted living related features will include a residents' lounge, laundry room, waitress service restaurant (or in the event of illness meals can be taken to a residents flat), function room and lifts that give access to all floors.

One hour of domestic assistance is available each week and further assistance can be tailored to individual needs.
