Benedict Court is situated on Western Avenue, less than half a mile from Newbury town centre. From its origins as a thriving medieval centre, through to its days of cloth manufacturing, today Newbury is a bustling market town.

Newbury is well positioned for travel to London, Oxford, Bristol and the South Coast with easy access to the major road routes of the A34 and M4. The town's railway station operates a mainline service to London (Paddington) with routes also to Reading and Thatcham - perfect for getting out and about.
